The Jack Reynolds Scholarship Fund

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Jack Reynolds Scholarship Fund website.  From all of us on the Committee we appreciate your support and joining us in celebrating Jack’s Legacy. The Jack Reynolds Scholarship Fund was developed in 2008 in memory of Jack Reynolds who dedicated his life to Washington State Student-Athletes. As a teacher, coach, mentor and friend, Jack was always there to help anyone in need. We are proud to be able to continue The Fund in his memory.

Today, February 3rd 2010, we are saddened by the loss of our good friend Ed Aliverti. All of us at TJRSF would like to send our condolences out to the Aliverti family. Ed meant so much to the wrestling community, as well as his students, family, and many, many friends. TJRSF was so lucky to have had Ed announce at our inaugural Jack Reynolds Tournament of Excellence in January 2009. Ed and Jack were very close, long time friends and we are sure they are telling stories to each other about the good ‘ol days. We deeply miss both of these great men who we are so fond of and hope to keep their memories in our hearts. We are blessed to have known them.

The primary mission of The Jack Reynolds Scholarship Fund is to encourage scholarship and
sportsmanship in student athletes. We will achieve this by acknowledging exceptional student
athletes who exemplify dedication, integrity, mentorship, academic achievement and fair-play.
